This is why we looked at producing granolas that are not sugary clusters but fine hand baked with all the love and care it deserves. We care very much on the amount of sugar that is used within breakfast cereals and strive to produce cereals with the least amount of sugar without taking away from the delicious taste,


8oz of shortcrust pastry (pre-made)                                   54.5g chopped walnuts

115g butter or Margarine                                                      25g porridge oats

87.9g of brown sugar                                                              45g chocolate chips  

177 ml of golden syrup                                                           zest of 1 orange.        

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs lightly beaten

122g of Oat- So- Good Granola Cranberry & Apricot

Cooking instructions

Pre Heat oven to 200C

Line dish with pastry.

Melt butter in bowl until fully melted stir in brown sugar and golden syrup until fully blended. Add vanilla and beat eggs into mixture.

Add granola, then fold in Walnuts, Oats and Chocolate chips and finally grate zest of orange into mixture, lightly pour mixture into premade pastry case.

Bake for approx. 40-50 mins till crust is fully cooked and golden with mixture of firm consistency.

Leave to cool for 40 mins at room temperature to avoid pastry cracking when cutting.

For even more nuttiness and crunch serve warm, with ice cream topped with Oat- So- Good Granola.

Lemon Sultana and Raisin Granola muffins

2 Medium Eggs

125 ml of veg oil

250 ml of semi skimmed milk

200g of caster sugar

400g of self raising flour  

125 g of Oat So Good Granola

A zest of a medium lemon

Cooking instructions

Heat oven to 200C.

Line the muffin trays with muffin cases. Then prepare your mixture in a large bowl beat the eggs with a handheld whisk for 1 min then add the milk and oil then beat till fully mixed. Add sugar to the mixture then add the zest of a lemon then the granola. Slowly add the flour sifting into the mixture then beat well till a smooth consistency, be careful not to over beat as the muffins will become tough pour the mixture gently into the muffin cases leaving enough room for the mixture to rise, bake for approx 25 mins.
